Did not fit. - ERGO Original Grip Plug

This item was advertised as fitting original Ergo grip. It would absolutely not stay in the grip under almost any movement of the rifle. I called optics planet to get an exchange or return and was on hold for both an unprofessional amount of time and eventually received a call back hours later when I could not pick up. The message said there were more calls than usual, but that same message has been there for over a year. Sounds pretty usual to me.
