The extreme curvature of the prescription insert required a second trip to my optometrist and a redo of the lens. He had to subtract the curvature effect from my Rx to make them work. You just can't use your regular Rx if you are near sighted (Myoptic. I am about a 3.50.
Pros: Easy to change the colored safety lens on these shooting glasses plus the availablity of a polarized insert
