Progressive lenses are awful - ESS Recon High Adrenaline Prescription Sunglasses

I ordered the ESS Recon prescription sunglasses with progressive lenses. If you've never had them, letter/number combinations are watermarked (etched) onto the lenses. On these glasses them were watermarked 15 degrees off center, and every time I look slightly left or right my field of vision blurs in one eye because of this. When I contacted customer service the first time they sent me an e-mail about return policy - which prohibits returning prescription eyewear. The second call resulted in a phone message about a totally different product than I ordered. I'm leaving for Afghanistan shortly and I hate these glasses. I doubt I'll be ordering from here ever again.
Pros: They got here on time
Cons: Blurry lenses; bad customer service
