Even though the Optics Planet description says this tool is made from stainless steel, this is instead the normal 10-8 Performance Armorer Tool that is made from glass reinforced nylon. This tool is a must-have tool for me, and I bought several of them, so I can have them in all my bags, tool boxes, and cleaning kits. One of the big things I use this tool for is cleaning. I get old shirts and socks, and use this tool to push the fabric into those hard-to-reach places. And since it is made from plastic, it won't mess up the surface of my firearm if it ends up ripping through the fabric.
