A must have period for anyone who reloads for Cowboy Action Shooting. Some Actions Like the 1873 in 44-40 are very sensitive to crimp and chamber size. This is a quick way to ensure each round will chamber. In the middle of a stage you don't need a round that w/n chamber messing up your time and qualification for that stage.
