Lying service reps, predatory company and sub-par products - F5 MFG Modular Brace System for MP5 with Cyberarm

The company that manufactures this item (F5 MFG) flatout lied to me about it's compatibility with my weapon, and refused to follow up when questioned about it. I contacted their support before purchasing the item, giving them the exact make and model of firearm that I intended to attach this brace to. They explicitly stated that this brace would indeed fit my pattern of rifle, it being an HK clone. She was so confident in fact, she guaranteed it by the company owner's own approval. Well, this was absolutely not the case. I brought my weapon and brace to a professional gunsmith, and the amount of aluminum that would be necessary to remove for it to fit would impact the structural stability of the rifle to a potentially catastrophic level. I then attempted to contact the company yet again, multiple times, and I've yet to hear anything from them. I even offered to give the company my gunsmith's direct number, so they could get a detailed explanation and have a discussion on what went went wrong, and how to fix the issue. That being said, I wish I could swap this out with something usable. It was at my gunsmith for so long because of the time I wasted trying to get in contact with F5, so I've likely ran out of any refund/replacement window. I did a little research on the company, (F5 MFG) and I've found that my case isn't unique. This company has routinely lied and cheated people out of money, refused completely fair refunds, shoddy quality control, and is generally an anti-consumer nuisance company that has zero respect for the people who purchase their products. Avoid this company (F5 MFG) and it's products, or you'll suffer like I have. Optics planet does a great job, but jokers like F5 MFG do exist.
