The FAB Defense GL-CORE AR-15/M4 Skeleton Style Buttstock is my absolute favorite. It has a nice flat rubberized pad that works perfectly with my rear bag. A wide cheek weld easily allows you to line up shots consistently. I'll take a small weight penalty for better ergonomics every day.
