I just put this on my slr96 and it fits awesome, like this other guy mentioned the screw plates for the original stock don't screw into this but for me not a big issue because I have a top tang only model, I'm thinking about drilling and tapping the plastic to throw a screw in my upper tang, more for looks than function
Pros:
  • Fits, easy to install, big compartment
Cons:
  • Hard to open back compartment
Best Used for:
  • Milled aks
