DL's Review of FAB Defense QD Sling Swivel with Picatinny Base Mount
I tried to install this on my mk18. The locking bolt AND the mount base stripped right away at finger tight (not even a full turn!), and now the entire mount is useless. Truly disappointing. Get a mount from a reputable company and “buy once, cry once”, or so they say. This is complete junk.
Pros:
- Zero. Zip. Notta. Took this thing out of the package, put it on the gun, and it was broken within 5 minutes of removing from package.
Cons:
- Low quality materials. Bolt threads are shallow and strip with finger tight torque.
Best Used for:
- Filling up your trash can.
