For CQB and other situations where off-hand, rapid deployment of a rifle/carbine is a requirement, this particular foregrip offers a serious improvement in both weapon control and accuracy. In my case, it allows full control of the weapon via the non-shooting hand/arm, thereby allowing better trigger control via the shooting arm/hand.
