Fit and finish of this stock is superb. The adjustable cheekrest operates smoothly and holds its place firmly with no noticable play in the assembly. Simple drop in replacement ensures an easy installation just about anyone can do. Very comfortable to shoulder and fire, helped to improve my accuracy with my 10/22
