Coating flaking/ no customer service - FailZero M16/M4 Bolt Carrier Group (BCG), No Hammer

I purchased a fail zero bcg because if all the reviews. Put together a 6.5 grendel. Started load work up. First trip to the range was exactly 75 rounds. Back at my bench at home, I broke the rifle down for cleaning. I noticed some dark dots on the bcg, not where there is any friction. Upon cleaning I realized that the coating is flaking off in several places. I have reached out to failzero for seven months by phone and email. Sad to say that their customer service is a huge fail. Should have saved $90 on a psa bcg.
