Excellent performance.
I used this bolt carrier group in a 9.5" barrel AR pistol build with a Faxon 9mm SAAMI barrel, it ran flawlessly and cycled quickly and smoothly. This was Colt-SMG 9mm build rather than a Glock magazine build, however this will work for Glock magazine 9mm builds as well. I used a 9mm carbine buffer with a JP Enterprises .308 buffer spring, recoil was negligible allowing for extremely rapid repeated shots, all placed within an inch at 75 feet (the max distance possible at the range I was at) using flip up iron sights. I'm a left-hand shooter and even without a 9mm ejection port dust cover, casings did not hit me, they were ejected straight to the side. Very happy with this bolt carrier group.

Very nice!
Faxon always makes quality products. I've began using all of their BCG's and barrels. I highly recommend any of their products. Shipping on this BCG was fast as they did have it in stock. Review must be 200 characters.......seriously.

Incomplete assembly
It appears the roll pin at the rear of the bolt carrier was not installed . I would expect this from a Harley Davidson factory but not from faxon . Maybe it fell out in the mail packaging was very poorly done .
faxon gen 2 is the beez kneez
I tried multiple combos of buffer wt, spring and BCG to reliably run at a high rate of fire through an epic 9… an Faxon was the missing piece to my success.

Works great in my AR9 build
I just recently built a AR9 with a Anderson lower and stern defense upper. It works flawlessly, just remember if you're building an AR9 to get the right buffer weight and spring.

WHAT CAN I SAY, THE BOLT JUST WORKS. I BUILD AN AERO EPC9, IT RUNS LIKE A DREAM, RUNS JHP AND HP'S. THE REAR WEIGHT WAS MISSING, FAXON MAILED ONE OUT TO ME WITH A PIN FREE OF CHARGE. DEF RECOMMEND.

Faxon Gen 2 9mm. Awesome
My set up is Aero 8.3" 9mm upper, PSA 556 lower, Armaspec 9mm captured spring, and Endomags. Ive had absolutely zero failures and the last round bolt open worked every time. The nitride Faxon bcg is very easy to clean. I highly recommend the Faxon Gen 2 PCC BCG.

Runs Great!
Running this in my Aero EPC-9 build. Saw that the EPC was having some cycling issues, went with the Faxon bolt and a 8.1 oz buffer. Runs great! No malfunctions so far, roughly 1000 rounds. This is my second Faxon bolt. Never had any issues, great product as always

Works great on my AR9 build.
Good weight to it, extractor is nice and it works great with my aftermarket drop in trigger. A lot of AR9 BCGs don't work well with drop in triggers.
