Out of the box, I ran into feeding issues with all three inserts. Mean Arms does mention that some material may need to be removed during break‑in, and that ended up being true in my case. After carefully removing a small amount of material, the magazines began feeding properly and have been reliable since. Just be aware that you may need to do a little fitting before everything runs smoothly.

It's decent for the price. The picatinny rail had some sharp edges and the ejection port had some burrs but that was easily fixed.

Great 9mm BCG. I paired it with a 9mm buffer and didn't have any issues.
Pin broke too easily and required fitting

The ejection port cover didn’t close smoothly out of the box. I had to use a Dremel to remove a bit of material just to get it to shut properly. Even after that, the pin snapped while I was sliding it into the upper receiver.
