Excellent alternative to copper jacket rounds - Federal Premium Syntech Action Pistol 9mm Luger 150 Grain Syntech Jacket Flat Nose Brass Pistol Ammunition

Wondered if the Syntech would perform accurately on the range and was pleasantly surprised to see no drop-off or deviation from traditional copper jackets at the same grain. The recoil seemed similar for my 9mm and slightly reduced for my .40 S&W. Can’t attest to the claim for reduced barrel wear yet, but the technical theory certainly makes sense. Moreover, the cost of the Syntech from Optics Planet is not appreciatively higher so it’s a reasonable value proposition.
