Plain and simple here. It can’t be sub par if it is consistently sub MOA.
Groups out of my HOWA 6.5CM, 24” varmint barrel with 1:7 twist, range from .57” - .67” @ 100yds with 5 shots. I am sure a better shooter with a better setup could do better.
Buy it on sale because the normal price is fugly!
