Excellent light - Fenix HP10 Flashlight FHP10 - Fenix LED Headlamp

Threading and adjusting the straps is tricky, and it won't fit over a hard hat, but it is very comfortable and works like a champ. Very impressed with the light output.
Pros: Solid, water resistant, bright, secure
Cons: Cost
