The best headlamp i've ever owned! - Fenix HP30 CREE XM-L2 LED Headlamp, 900 Lumens

I have purchased over the years probably a couple dozen different headlamps. Before this Fenix HP30 I bought a Princeton Tec Apex Extreme which was about $30 more and only 275 Lumens. Not to mention 8AA batteries. Needless to say the Fenix blows it out of the water. I suggest getting 2 rechargeable 18650's not the cr123a's. They will run about $25 and a charger is about $30.The 18650's will last you all night even punching "burst" mode frequently. Did I mention it has a USB port to charge stuff like a cell phone?
