Orlock's Review of Firefield Heavy Duty Laser Flashlight Foregrip
Predators in my hen house generally come at night, and usually in the trees. I bought a small .22 with a rail on front specifically for this foregrip. I have the dot set dead on at about 15yards. Anything closer and I have to drop the dot down a bit(3 inches). I target shoot a lot to make sure I know where the dot is exactly, but the two times I have used it for what it was purchased... it is absolute gold. At night, in the brush or in the tree. Put the dot where you want and squeeze. If you push or pull the grip you can affect the aim, just sight it in, relax your grip and use it. I’m shooting subsonic sniper rounds from Aquila and the neighbors appreciate me retiring the 12 gauge in favor of precision.
Pros:
- Very bright light, excellent battery life
Cons:
- Can be moved off target if you are anxious and grip too tight
Best Used for:
- I use it to remove raccoons, possums and armadillos.
