Fine torque gauge - Fix It Sticks Mini All-In-One Torque Driver

I bought this so I could torque optics screws more precisely. Most torque limiting tools have or start at higher ranges, so low (e.g. 15-20 for many optics) torque limits using those other torque limiting tools is a guess. This eliminates some of that guess work and helps you to know you're not over torqueing your optics.
