Great product, poor customer service - Fjallraven Keb Trousers - Men's, Long Inseam

I wear 34x34 in lots of other brands (Eddie Bauer, Carhartt, Levi's). These in 50L (supposed to be approx that) are great on the length, but a little snug at the waist and thighs for me. Purchased on great sale, and by the time these arrived sale was over. Only option Optics Planet offered for exchange was that I could return and repurchase new size at regular price. Guess I'm going to drop a few lbs and/or not appendix carry in these. The pants themselves are great so far in terms of movement, cut, venting/breathability and materials (though I've not worn them in any demanding/technical activities or conditions yet). I'd just buy them somewhere else.
