Must be staked better - FM Products Foxtrot Mike 9mm Premium Bolt Carrier Group (BCG) Assembly

I would have given this product a 5 star, but both screws were not properly staked. One side of the screw was staked properly, but the other side barely touched. I filed a line from the points where it is staked to see if the screws would walk out, but 500 rounds later it has not moved one bit.
