Simply put, if you need a concealable paddle holster that accommodates a tactical light, there are few choices, and this is one of them. The molded-plastic holster holds the Glock 23 perfectly with an Insight M3X light attached. However, there is just one level of pistol security, unlike a duty holster--a snap that is very different than any duty holster arrangement. You'll need to get used to it. Also, the method for unholstering the gun is somewhat different after unsnapping--straight back with the grip end of the pistol. Take some time to practice drawing before you trust the holster.
