Probably excellent for law enforcement but for just target shooting or hunting type situations its not ideal. Forget about removing the gun with the holster off. You have to remove the gun with a forceeful upward draw with the holster on. If your gun is holstered but on a bed table it will only be used as a club!
Pros: light weight, comfortable, retention
Cons: retention, rigid draw motion
