Bag does not last long - Fox Outdoor Cobra Gold Reconnaissance Pack

After two weeks of having this bag barely using it zipper pulls broke off. After second time of carrying 20lbs in the bag top strap handle broke, one of the bag strap handles unbuckle when I pick the bag up, and laptop pocket ripped away from elastic band. I didn't even put a laptop in the pocket just a book. Bag is deceiving, seemed hearty but doesn't hold up for even the lightest loads.
Cons: Top strap handle broke after second use, zipper pulls broke, strap buckles come undo with a minimum of 20lbs in pack
