Horrendous customer service - OpticsPlanet Exclusive Franklin Armory BFSIII AR-C1 Trigger - Binary Firing System for AR Platforms

I needed to replace some parts and contacted Franklin Armory and was told to buy them off of the website. Many of the parts on the trigger are somewhat easy to wear out or damage during installation or reinstall. When you're paying $368 for a trigger that cost them perhaps $30 in parts and another $20 in labor, least they can do is offer better customer service. I can really do without companies like this that nickel and dime their customers. I think it shows how little they value us.
