Doesnt work - Franklin Armory BFSIII ACR-C1 Trigger - Binary Firing System for Bushmaster ACR

I have it installed correctly. Install is simple actually. However, my trigger isnt resetting and shooting a round on the release of the trigger but once maybe every 10 pulls. So I know it can work, it just isnt consistent. I tried variable trigger pull speeds, same result.
