These binos are relatively lightweight, waterproof, and seemingly resilient. There is an illuminated compass which I haven't yet found a use for, but you can see the non-illuminated compass at all times which is, of course, useful. The one thing I'd change about these is the ability to set a lock on the focus - they get bumped a lot because I wear them around my neck and I often have to re-adjust the focus. Overall a decent, relatively inexpensive pair of binos.
Pros: Durable, waterproof
Cons: No lock mechanism for focus
