Holder is nicely made only comes with the "hook" part of the velcro. Though mentioned in the last line of the description, it should be in the title that it is for GUN SAFE installation and not for gun mounting. I can make it work BUT for that reason I only give it three stars. Yes it was my error on not catching the gun safe part but could have come with both parts of the velcro....
can only recommend if mounting to a gun safe...
