Stan's Review of Galati Gear Takedown Rifle Pouch

I was looking for the smallest possible rifle pouch for carrying either a Winchester model 55 or a breakdown over and under shotgun. This case works for both. The stock fits well in the internal pouch and the barrel just fits when placed catty corner. With a little adjustment the case is well balanced at the handles.
Pros:
  • well made and tough, well sized for purpose
Cons:
  • Would be more perfect if a few inches longer but didn't want to go to next size up.
Best Used for:
  • Breakdown gun carry case. Doesn't look like gun case.
Would Recommend: Yes
