The leather looks and feels good. This is a high quality product. But some chemical in the leather reacts with brass from the cartridge casings. If you leave cartridges in this pouch for more than a few weeks, there will be a build up of this nasty green stuff. The nasty green stuff will then stain anything it touches, including your counter tops.
