Dealing with Optics Planet's customer retention personel was the most frustrating experience I have ever had with an internet purchase. They screwed up my order and my credit card billing. I spent several hours of my time trying to straighten this mess out. I will never by another product from Optics Planet. Buyer beware.....I've requested that my information be removed from their data base, obviously, they have not done so, yet. Remove my information now, Optics Planet!
