I bought this for a Ruger lc9. No laser.
The holster APPEARED too small right out of the package. After I read the enclosed directions. However the instructions tell you to FORCE the pistol into the holster. Then pull, stretch the thumb strap until it fits around the rear of the pistol. I did all of this.
Now the holster fits the pistol like a custom made glove. Excellent result.

- When adjusted it fits like custom made!
Cons:
- Occasionally rides up in the back onto my neck.
Best Used for:
- Anytime, anyplace. Under sport shirt over tee shirt.
