Using it with an S&W 340PD, your hand needs some extra room in the rear of the pocket top to get a firm grip on the gun. This is not a criticism of the holster - it's something to be aware of in selecting the right pants.
Pros: Easy concealiability
Cons: Requires use of pleated pants for the gun to be easily drawable
