I have tried all types of concealed weapon holsters, and this is by far the most comfortable if you get the correct size. It handles large pistols very well and seems to hold it form just fine. I am unclear why the have the medium and then large with the size difference very large, need a middle size. I think you need to buy the size that is a little larger in that you can always had velco
