Not quite what it says it is - Galileo 20x60 mm Astro Binoculars C-2060

Received my binoculars and the first thing I noticed is the rubberized coating. Nice feel and easy to grip but feels mighty thin and may not be very durable. It came with endcaps the same color as the unit, but the eyepiece cap is a different color and is a single piece unit which means that you have to fold the binoculars back down to put it on. Not convevient when you want to use them constantly. The optics are clear but they are no way near a 20x power. 10x power maybe but more like an 8x. Compared it to 16x power rifle scope and my scope will bring in the same image about twice as close. Very disappointed in that aspect as this is one of the reasons I bought them. I wanted to use them to spot things that I shoot and be able to see it better than my scope. These might would make someone a good bird watching binoculars.
Pros: Nice rubberized finish
Cons: This is not a 20 power binocular
