Poor customer service.'s Review of Garmin Descent, 26mm, Titanium Dive Band

I bought this watch band for my Garmin descent. When I received it one of the screw heads stripped out when I was sizing it. I contacted OpticsPlanet when it happened. They usually have excellent customer service. They would not do anything about it and told me to contact Garmin. Garmin is sending me a new one.
Pros:
  • The band itself is awesome, I just had a bad one I guess
Cons:
  • Hard to adjust for fit.
Best Used for:
  • Dive watch.
