JD's Review of Garmin Forerunner 45 Watch
My goals focus on endurance fitness mostly running and rucking. The heart rate monitor is accurate and has really increased the efficiency of my training. The GPS features are very consistent and accurate as well, I’d recommend this product without hesitation to someone who is trying to increase their general fitness level.
