Better hope it isn't missing any parts! - Garmin Xero X1i Crossbow Auto-Ranging Digital Sight

Purchased this almost $2,000 dollar cross bow scope. I was pretty excited about it until it arrived missing the, according to the instructions the two provided mounts for the remote trigger. I give you from the manual. Remove the adhesive backing from the trigger cable clip. Note. the device includes two trigger cable clips for flat and curved mounting surfaces. you should select the trigger cable clip that best fits your mounting surface. Kinda hard to do when I didn't get any clips! Contacted Optics planet. there response was that they reached out to the manufacturer who's response was that the missing parts are not included in the purchase. Hunting season is still going and I am getting the run around. I will contact Garmin Next. Perhaps I wont get A drop the ball canned response from them. Optics planet did offer to send me a return shipping label! To be fair this was an error on the manufacturers part. Just don't expect optics planet to go out of there way to help resolve it.
