Great alternative charging handle - Gear Head Works AUG Low Profile Charging Handle

Really like the upgraded ergonomics this charging handle offers. Much easier to lock up and a more secure bolt lock with this piece being aluminum vs the oem polymer charging handle. Standard charging handle manipulation also feels easier and more positive with this textured finger groove. Aesthetics of this handle are great and gives the AUG a very clean but yet customized look. Although looking down the sights does look a little off compared to stock but that's just something to get used to. Install was also very easy, with the right set of punches it took me only 5 minutes and would take about half that time to go back to stock.

Only downside I see are that the new angle of the charging handle does not allow it to fold up and out of the way for a more flat side profile when storing and transporting.
