When using an arm brace your AR is front end heavy with most of the weight being in front of your pistol grip thus causing your arm brace to rise away from your arm. This tailhook stabilizing arm brace has fold out lever that wraps under your arm. This under arm design supports the front end heavy portion of the AR keeping it from doing a nose dive. Great design and quick to switch from arm brace to standard should style stock when finished using the brace. No straps or wedges clamping onto your arm to worry about.
