Worth every penny! - Geissele Super Precision AR-15/M4 Riflescope Mount

I have used a lot of other precision mounts before. This was my first time buying the Geissele mount. I was a little worried about spending this much money, but as soon as I took it out of the box I knew that I had made a great decision. I needed a mount that was around 1.5 inches from top of the rail to center of the scope tube to accommodate my 34 mm main tube scope with a 56mm objective on a 40moa base. All the other mounts were either lower or higher, and I definitely did not want to go higher than 1.5, because that would just be way to high for my liking. Once I got to mounting the scope I did not need to lap the rings at all because the mount was so well made that the inside of the rings were smooth and even all the way around. The recoil lugs on the bottom of the mount are made just big enough to fit into the rail slots so there is no need to hold the mount forward against the recoil lug during mounting. This mount is definitely worth every penny, and I will be using this mount on more rifles in the future!
