GPO 3x9 scope review
Just got my scope in today, nice optics and really nice packing. I am comparing to one of my discontinued Ziess 3x9 conquest scopes so here goes. Both scopes are very comparable with the GPO field of view being or seeming slightly smaller. No dark edges in either scope even in low light. Cross hairs are a bit lighter in the GPO and are a bit harder to see the last 5 minutes of light but were still visible. Simple Yet Effective
Picked this scope up for a Ruger American Ranch 7.62x39
Don't plan to use the rifle a lot but wanted something of quality on it for when I do. Mostly will be used for target shooting and teaching new shooters.
GPO offered a nice image quality for a great price. 3-9x40 is still a great magnification range for a variety of uses.
Turret adjustments are solid, audible clicks and the knob on the magnification ring is a nice touch.
This scope doesn't have all the bells and whistles but it is a quality scope that will get the job done.

Great for budget minded hunters needing good optics.
Great mid-range budget scope that should really be a hit with hunters wanting quality optics but do not want to break the bank. I use this on my rifle for predator hunting and it has performed better than expected. GPO is really aiming to bring good optics for the blue collar crowd!
