For accurate shooting at mid to longer ranges (100-300 yards), this may not be your best bet compared to other sight upgrades, but this is a great sight for closer ranges, and a big improvement over factory notch sights at any range. I usually mount a peep system with smaller aperture at the rear of the receiver, but in this case, I needed an upgrade to a Draco pistol, using the factory rear sight location. I decided to try this unit out, and while the price was a bit steep for a single piece of metal, the quality of this rear sight is outstanding. It's much easier and quicker to get a good sight picture with this unit than with the standard notch rear, and I love that it retains the ability to adjust elevation using the existing tangent system.
