The quality of it seems fine. Sturdy and well made. The reason I give it 3 stars is because it doesn’t work well with certain stocks. The stocks on mossberg 500s have that small notch on the underside that fits snuggly against the trigger housing. This mount creates a space between the trigger housing and stock and they no longer fit together snuggly. On some stocks it’s not an issue as there’s still enough contact for the stock to remain sturdy, but with other stocks no contact is made between the stock and trigger housing and therefore it takes a rather small amount of force to twist the stock sidewise making the firearm unreliable. I think it’s a decent product overall but just know it might not work with your preferred stocks.
