Mel's Review of GG&G Ruger Mini 14 Side Scope Mount

It does work as advertised but it was a bit difficult to adjust correctly. At first I had it inclined too much upwards so much so that the scope/hits were too high and I could not adjust them down enough. I then adjusted the reward screw down to force the front of the rail down. Once I had done that and tighten the set screws the scope adjusted correctly. Hopefully with the lock-tite that came with the mount it won't shift its position and through off the zero.
