I ordered this ball head from OpticsPlanet because another reputable site I order from was closed for a holiday. OpticsPlanet claimed the item was in stock so I placed my order; 4 weeks later the ball head arrived. It would have been better to order from the original, reputable site even with the holiday. Never ordering from Optics Planet again.

The product works as advertised. Solid build and holds up to the rated load.
Pros: Works as advertised
Cons: Shipping is a joke
