Excellent factory support - GLFA AR-15 Complete Upper .450 Bushmaster 18in, S/S

When I received this upper receiver from Optics Planet, there were some minor issues with the build quality: The picatinny rail on top of the M-Lok forward grip didn't line up exactly with the picatinny on top of the receiver itself. Also the dust cover was not catching properly to lock down against the detent.
I decided to contact GLFA directly rather than asking for an exchange from Optics Planet. The guys in Michigan immediately sent me a prepaid shipping label so I could return it to them. And 2 days after they received it they had made the corrections and were ready to ship it back to me. THAT'S the kind of service we don't get from the big manufacturers.
I would also like to add that the .450 rounds would not feed properly into the new chamber from the steel Bushmaster brand magazine. So I purchased 2 polymer mags from GLFA at a great price, and that problem is also cured!!
