It will work - Gould & Goodrich Cuff and Magazine Ankle Carrier

It works ok for what it is but you don't want to wear it for long periods. Also I would not keep a mag in it. There is very little retention. If you had to run you would lose everything, your better off keeping your knife in it, something with its own clip. It is pretty small so it won't work well for anyone over 180 LBS. It would be better if the velcrow were reversed so that it didn't scratch the hell out of you if you can't match it up perfectly.
Pros: Easy to hide
Cons: It is to small foe big guys
