Anyone who has to use these types of "tools" for a living should know that to break-in any leather material item you need to liberally spray it, inside & out, with "Food Grade" silicon. Wipe off the excess & let it dry for a couple of hours, then re-apply the silicon once more. You want to place your empty mags inside the pouch and let rest overnight. The leather will mold perfectly to your mags. You should do the same process for a new leather holster as well. Intermittently, 3-4 months, your going to want to reapply the silicon to maximize the lifespan of your leather products and minimize drag when removing mags or guns.
